Oh Halle...

Halle is ALREADY giving her number out to boys she meets at school!
Just yesterday she received a phone call from a boy. She was so excited to have him actually call her.
Boy, are we in trouble with that one!

My Little Monkey

Brooke is my wild little Monkey! I haven't had a kid like her yet! We have to re-arrange most everything in our house because of her. She manages to climb on just about anything, including the boys bunk beds. She is into EVERYTHING.
I decided today that she is like the ocean... she is really fun to look at, but you can't turn your back on her for a second.

Jayden's Pack Night

Jayden had his pack night this last Tuesday. Since he was one of the few who went to Scout Day Camp this summer he actually earned a lot of awards!
He was hoping to get his Weblo to since he has finished it all..but he didn't. He does however have until November before he moves up again.
By the way... HE LOVES SCOUTS! He reminds me of his Grandpa :0)

We survived our 1st week!

We all survived our first week of school. The kids all did great :0) As you can see in the picture, Austin walks Halle to her room each day. He normally holds her hand as he walks her to her room...but of course he didn't today!
They are all doing great! Halle has managed to get to the yellow light 3 out of 5 days. I have to say that this is more than me in my entire life! So of course, she gets it from Tyler :0) She apparently is very "Chatty".
Jayden is doing better. He struggled the first couple of days because he didn't like his class too much, but loves his teacher. His fellow classmates seem to have a problem with swearing. Jay is such a tender kid that this was really paying a toll on him. He has found good new friends, and is much happier.
Austin is doing well. That is all I know. He doesn't give me much info! He does however have a very funny math sub! He is an older man that IS NOT politically correct. He is VERY funny to hear the things that he says.

I can say a prayer too!

Just yesterday, Brookey started folding her arms each time we say a prayer when we eat. Talk about being the proud mom!

Today was Halle's first OFFICIAL day of kindergarten. She goes from 9:00 - 3:45! She wasn't one bit nervous. In fact, she was leading us to her classroom. As you can see in the picture with her friend, Ellie, we were distrupting the class by taking a picture! She was ready for me to leave.
SHOCKINGLY.. she told me after school that her first recess "WAS JUST AWEFUL! THE TEACHER WAS GONE, IT WAS HOT, AND THERE WAS ONLY ONE SLIDE." Not exactley the comment that I thought I would hear :0)

My 5th Grader

Jayden is very happy this year to have is first male teacher.
I also just about killed Tyler by following him into his class taking pictures of Jay and his teacher. It was however his teacher's idea to take a picture of all of us.
OF COURSE... Jay didn't mind :0)

7th Grader!

I can't believe that Austin has hit 7th Grade! It seems just like yesterday that I was taking him to his first day of kindergarten.

I was sadly informed today that I didn't have to walk him to his class...but he then continuted on to assure me that "I still love you though."

First Day of school

I sent three of my kids off to school today!
Tyler also for the first time actually got to go with me :0)
I also managed to embarassed all of them by taking pictures every step that they took.

Kindergarten!

Can you believe my baby girl is going into kindergarten?

She was so excited that she got to go to school BEFORE her brothers! They let the kindergartners have an orientation day before alll the big kids came. It was very fun and cute. I had to fight back the tears!

I'm BACK!

After receiving much grief from my family for doing a blog for the preschool and not our family I decided to finally return.

What a better time than the beginning of the school year :0)

YEP - I'm finally back!

After receiving much HAVIC from my family for blogging for my preschool and NOT the family, I decided I better start.
Now that we are starting a new school year I am going to start fresh!
WISH ME LUCK!
